Registration for the Workshop is Closed
LOWLINC and Mary Washington Healthcare will sponsor a free CPR workshop on September 5.
This free CPR/AED workshop is for people who would like to learn life-saving heart resuscitation techniques.
• Instruction and practice in hands-only adult CPR
• How to help someone who is choking
• How to use an AED (external defibrillator)
• How infant/child CPR differs
You could save a life with what you will learn!
The workshop is offered by LOWLINC and Mary Washington Healthcare with assistance from LOW Fire & Rescue.
There is no charge to participate but registration is required.
A parent or responsible adult must accompany attendees under age 16. Registration deadline: Sept 3. For questions, please call 540-360-1496. Limited to 100 participants.
LOWLINC thanks LOW Fire & Rescue for its assistance at this workshop.
This workshop is an American Heart Association Hands-only CPR course for community members.
